Reservation fees
Upon reciept of booking confirmation a reservation fee of Euro 200,-- will be charged. This can be paid via bank transfer.
The reservation fee will be deducted from site price.
Site fees
Site fees are to be paid either in advance via bank transfer or upon arrival. The length of time reserved for is to be paid in all cases.
No reductions on delayed arrivals or early departures (bad weather etc.).
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 4 weeks prior to planned date of arrival, for later cancellations the Euro 200-- reservation fee will be withheld. (Regardless of whether the site is subsequently booked).
Given due notice, cancellations ensue a refund of Euro 170,--.
Check-IN / Check-OUT
Management reserves the right to rearrange site bookings, including requested sites. Should your arrival be delayed, please let us know!
If we don't hear from you, your site will be kept free until 9 am the following day, then rented out without compensation.
Departure: check out 11.00 am, otherwise an additional night will be charged.
